Bad sound in replacement AX?
This story never seems to end, but now I get the impression that the sound quality of my "new" Bluespoon AX is notacibly worse then the one i sent in for repair.
As you can reed on this blog I recently sent back my AX because of a broken housing, and got a completly new one in return. I can tell because it has print on the inside, a details not included in the first one. Although I begin to wonder it it not as new as I first thought. Maybe Nextlink sends out earlier versions when they have to replace headsets. People I have talked with on the phone says it sounds as if I am in a tin can, and even I can tell the sound is lower and not as good as in the first one. This might be a coincidence, but it sure makes you wonder. I also have noticed a sort of a clicking noice from the main button when wearing the earpiece. It is not as fitted as the onld one, and shakes a bit when moving the head. I dont think it will fall of, but it is a bit anoying. I am not going to send it in once more, it took me weeks to get it back the first time, but it is a bit strange if a supported AX is actually worse than the working one I sent in.
